Was fantastic weekend training with our special guest and Greeces highest ranked ITF Black Belt female instructor Ms Natasa Manavaki.  Fantastic applied TKD self defence and amazing stretching lesson.  We look forwards to having Ms Manavaki back to our schools very soon.
